Paul Derrico

Owner

Paul Derrico is a seasoned business professional with over 30 years of experience in real estate development, project management, and entrepreneurship. He currently serves as the CEO and partner of American Fence, overseeing all aspects of the business, including estimating, budgeting, hiring, and managing operations related to contracts and project completion. In addition, he is the owner of Electrical Services Plus, LLC, a project management and electrical contracting company that he established in 2017. Prior to this, he served as the VP of Development and Construction and Partner at Landmark Leisure Group, where he developed and implemented over 300 dining and entertainment concepts in 29 states. He holds a BA in Economics from Iona College in New Rochelle, NY.

Richard Whitbourne

Owner

Richard Whitbourne is a detail-oriented and results-focused professional with extensive experience in construction and project coordination. As a Sales Representative at Joyce Factory Direct in Charlotte, NC, he increased sales by offering advice on purchases, promoting additional products, and implementing brand marketing and sales campaigns. He also tailors sales approaches to specific client needs to increase marketing effectiveness. Richard's skills include building and construction, staff supervision, critical thinking, and time management. He has a High School Diploma from Wayne Central School District in Ontario, NY.
